Valentines Day Dinner: Kenji’s Pan-Seared Steak and Crispy Potatoes
First time making both. Had a lot of fun in the process. Potatoes def need more crisp, I probably overcooked them while boiling making them softer and harder to crisp up in the oven. Steak came out amazing though
