* Mix minced meat with mashed garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, a bit of pepper (depending on how you want it hot) and eventually 1/2 teaspoon of caraway. Let the meat rest and marinate for a while. * Chop the bacon into smaller pieces, also chop the shallot very finely and heat the pan. Fry the bacon and when it lets out the fat, fry the chopped shallot. Move pan away and let the bacon+shallot cool down. * In bowl whip eggs, mustard, a small amout of salt+pepper and cooled down mix from the pan. * Into every mold put in ¼ of the prepared meat and form it as if with a pie dough. * Slice the tomatoes and put slices into every mold with meat. * Into every mold with meat+tomatoes pour in the egg mix from the bowl. * Preheat the oven (I use portable electric oven so I cannot say the temperature, but it should be around 180ºC) * Put pies into the oven and bake them for 25 minutes.
