Breakfast: Bibigo Steamed dumplings -love these, these chicken & veg ones are only 250 calories for the whole tray (but the pork is better.) Topped with Fly By Jing’s Chili Crisp Vin (47 cal), sriracha, and cilantro. 2 cups black coffee (approx 10 calories) 307 calorie breakfast
Lunch: Half of a giant Japanese sweet potato (330 cal) Tablespoon Kerrygold butter (100 cal) Worcester sauce. Approx 8 oz boneless, skinless chicken thigh. There are some mixed caloric measurements for chicken thigh so I just went with the highest which was 440 cal. 1.5 tablespoon ranch (82 cal), I didn’t count the mixed greens and tomato’s because I didn’t care.
Dinner: 2 10 oz chicken breasts drowned in Tabasco. Ate 3/4th of it. (402 calories)
Snack: 1 rogue U/10 diver scallop. 1.6 ounces (+- 48 cal)
I’m sure there are some calories either overestimated or underestimated but I’m not too worried as my maintenance is approx 3,000 cals
