This plant-based doctor (Dr Tel Oren) explains why it is not a good idea to eat flax, hemp or chia seeds every day.
I’ve time-stamped it ([here](https://youtu.be/aR9iz8d_Dj4?t=2965)).
Were you aware of this information?
You have now been warned.

Hmmmmmmmmm
Iโd like to see what studies he references. This appears to be just his opinion. Experts like Dr. Michael Gregor disagree. He puts these seeds on his โdaily dozenโโ

YouTube isn’t a valid source.
I love YouTube to the point that I have a premium account. I watch it every day, more than any other streaming platform. That said, YouTub is a self-publishing platform. without any vetting of claims.
So yeah, YouTube is great for entertainment but terrible for actual information.
Alarmist clickbait. Of all the things in the modern diet, itโs that spoonful of ground flax sprinkled on your porridge thatโll do you in. Get a gripโฆ
I don’t use alarmist YouTube videos for my health advice
Thanks for sharing silly, unfounded dogma. Been eating all of those for years. No allergies, no upset stomach. Next time please post peer reviewed research. Conjecture does nothing to educate or advance the conversation.
Does this person also believe bananas give you diabetes?
1) This is completely unfounded.
2) He is lying about his credentials.
3) Cursory searches easily demonstrate why he is wrong.
This is incredibly low effort, completely incorrect, and has no place here.
