.
For the peach bourbon glaze:
4 T butter

A pinch of @wildforkfoods spicy mojo seasoning
-melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat (I did 400 degrees if you can fine tune it)

-once the sauce has homogenized, set aside until ready to use
For the chicken:
-season chicken thighs with the same spicy mojo seasoning used in the sauce
-place the thighs skin-side down on a griddle over high heat (I did 500 degrees) for 5 minutes, then flip
-once the chicken registers 150 degrees, toss in the peach bourbon sauce and continue cooking until it registers a minimum of 165 degrees
-serve & enjoy!

Peach and bourbon chicken thighs is the perfect summer Meal start by seasoning up some chicken thighs then we’re going to put those skin side down on a hot griddle after about five minutes we’re going to flip them over and cook for the sauce combine a healthy amount of butter
A splash of bourbon some Peach preserves and a spicy Mojo rub for a nice kick once your chicken thighs register about 150 degrees we’re going to drop them in that sauce flip them over until they’re well coated and continue cooking until they register at least 165. finally plate them up
