I have a beef heart-2 halves- and I’ve made a stew with one half, but does anyone have any other ways they have prepared this?

    I’ve never cooked beef heart, but I’ve had it in steak form at a Peruvian restaurant once. I couldn’t believe how tender it was! Maybe cook it like a steak to your desired doneness?
