Use silicone muffin pans for clarified butter

    I like to make my own clarified butter. I put a tablespoon of clarified butter in each spot, refrigerate or freeze until solid, pop them out, and put them in an air-tight container in the freezer.

    The 4 on the right are 2 tablespoons because I had extra.
