Are the stock concentrates stable to store outside of the fridge? Over the months we’ve wasted a few meals but salvage the spices and sauces for camping and backpacking meals. Would the beef and chicken concentrates be okay in a tote for a few months like normal broth or do they need to stay cold?

The stuff that needs to be refrigerated will say “keep refrigerated” on the packaging.

Out of your pile the only one I would stick in the fridge is the cream cheese cause I usually see that in the fridge section of the grocery store. But I don’t eat it so idk if it’s also found in the non fridge section

Would you believe me if I told you I have more cholula packets than that? Lmao.

I have a little bin on my counter for extra packets like that and one in my fridge

I’ve kept the packets in a drawer and used them later and I’m still here and didn’t get sick. Once it’s open it should probably go in the fridge but I’m pretty sure it’s shelf stable. I think of it like beef or chicken broth.
