Shooting for medium rare and no meat thermometer. Cooked at 500 for 16minutes then turned the oven off for 90 minutes. Rested on here for an additional 10. I hope I did alright

    Color looks good,. Eye of round is one of the toughest cuts in texture. What did you think of it?

    looks great. this is exactly how i cook eye of round, i hope you made gravy with the drippings. i’ve honestly never had  it being tough even when cut a little thicker.
