Forgot to mention the coffee. It’s just my little daily homemade vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It’s 100 calories, but that 100cal is factored into the 419cal for breakfast.
It’s great to see that you can still fit in things you enjoy like a scoop of ice cream and be within your calorie limit
