Chipotle Red Tomatilla copycat

It is on the right and in the bowl and is very close to the original. I tasted side by side and really couldn’t tell in a blind test.

The other in the jar on the left is my classic roasted which I have a recipe tutorial on X that I can share if you DM me. I don’t want to post publicly as tutorial is under my real name.

The corn and pico are basic Chipotle copycat recipes but none of the ones I found online hit the red tomatillo right so I had to develop my own.

My goal is to replicate Chipotle as closely as possible at home. One problem, mine is better 😸 I get the EXACT proportion of ingredients. Meat in every bite!
