I’m not really a breakfast person but know I need to eat it every morning. I love Kwik Trip ham, egg, and cheese English muffins but they’re super high in calories. Usually i get sick of eating the same thing after a couple days but I started meal prepping these a few weeks ago and have yet to get sick of eating one each morning. I use Country Hearth light English muffins (90cals), 2 slices of Jones Dairy breakfast ham slices (40cals), 1 large egg (70cals), and 1 Kraft single (50cals). I make 5 on Sunday, store them for the week, and pull one out each morning and microwave for 45 seconds.
