I haven’t seen this anywhere else but I’ve been doing this for a while. I did this one a tad too long, but it’s delicious regardless. Instead of steaming the slice with steam and a lid as I’ve seen suggested elsewhere, flip it over and crisp up the cheese. It gets it all crunchy and delicious. Best way is to heat the way through on the dough, then flip it and wait till it releases. If you don’t have a well seasoned cast iron or a non stick pan it tend to stick.
