Hey y’all welcome back to another video so today as you read from that title we will be making a three course dinner we’re going to have a starter a main dish and we’re also going to do dessert so I’m starting off by washing and drying my rosette potatoes so we’re just
Going to be doing a baked potato for the main course so of course these are going to take the longest so I’m just washing them and drying them and then I’m going to put them in a pan I’m going to also add some grapes seed oil salt and pepper
While also poking some holes in them so that we can get this potato nice and cooked now I am cooking the potato in the oven on 450° for about 35 to 40 minutes to save a little foil I’m actually going to cover the entire pan with the foil
But if you want to wrap the potatoes individually that always works perfectly as well next we’re going to go in with some croissants and y’all these are the ones that I use because they are organic they are vegan and they are super delicious now they do roll out just like the
Regular pillsberry croissants and you have to roll them up yourself but listen when I go to Outback they always have this sugar cinnamon butter that is so delicious so I decided to do those to some vegan croissants so I’m just going to roll them up and put them on some
Parchment paper and I’m going to pop these in the oven until they are brown and then we’re going to put the nice and melted butter on them so while everything is in the oven we’re going to go ahead and make our starter which is going to be a Caesar salad now
Personally I have my seasar salad with ranch dressing so that’s what we going to do today so I’m starting off by chopping up my Roma lettuce and as you saw I put some apple cider vinegar and some water and this is how I’m going to
Clean my lettuce this is how I clean all of my produce you can clean yours however you like but I feel like this absolutely works perfectly for me but yeah we’re going to go ahead and clean the lettuce and assemble our starter or Caesar salad with ranch dressing
For the cheese I am using some grated Parmesan cheese because unfortunately the store did not have the shredded vegan parmesan so I thought that this would work just as good we’re going to go ahead and melt that butter down and add some sugar and then also add some
Cinnamon so that we could put this onto the croissants once they come out of the oven because this is going to be the bread that is with the salad you know how you at the restaurant and they give you bread and they give you a salad to
Start yeah that’s where I’m going with this next we’re going to begin on our main course so for for the side we will be having some oven baked asparagus so I’m basically just cutting off of the bottom and I did go ahead and wash these in the same apple cider vinegar and
Water solution as I clean all my produce in and then we’re going to pop these onto a pan we’re going to season them up with some pink salt some black pepper and some garlic powder and I’m also going to put on some plant butter which is what makes these so delicious to me
Now if if you are on a cutback or kind of on a diet you don’t want to use butter that’s absolutely fine you can use some type of oil such as grape sea oil or olive oil for our vegan steak y’all I went to so many different stores and call it around
Trying to find Lion’s man if you are not new here Lion’s man is what I normally use for the vegan sake unfortunately I can only find one and I was able to find some oyster mushrooms so this will be my first time preparing the oyster mushrooms like a steak so this is the
One Lion’s man that I decided on and I’m actually going to go ahead and give this to my baby because I know he’s really really picky and if the oyster mushroom is not to his liking he will not eat it and I know that he likes the Lion’s man
Steak because I have made it before so we’re going to go ahead and start with that and as you can see I am pressing it down with a smaller pan and then I’m adding in my seasonings I’m adding in some waser s moist your sauce and also a
Little bit of liquid smoke now you want to go ahead and just flip and continue to press down to remove all of the excess water from inside of the Lion’s made mushroom and to actually Brown it so that it would mimic a steak all of the ingredients that I am using the
Seasonings and everything will be listed down in the description as well once it has browned on both sides I’m going to go ahead and add just a little bit more butter and also a teaspoon of minced garlic and we’re just going to kind of toss that around I’m also adding
A little bit of Italian seasoning but you want to get that good seasoning and also butter mixture with the garlic into the mushroom so that it will have all of that flavor into it I’m going to continue to press it down to flatten it just a little bit and brown it on both
Sides just a little bit more once the Lion’s man was brown to my liking I removed it and then we’re going to go ahead and pop the oyster mushrooms in I’m going to follow the exact same process I’m going to put some butter down into the skillet and then just drop
The oy mushrooms down now I didn’t break them up I just opened the package and this is how they came so I’m going to go ahead and smoosh these down with a smaller pen as well so I’m going to first Smosh them down before I season
Them and I want to get them to like a flat type of shape because I don’t want them to be threedimensional or big at all so I’m just going to flip and continue to press all of the water and press the mushrooms down until they become flat and then I’ll season them up
With the same seasonings followed by the minced garlic and butter once my asparagus is almost done I’m going to go ahead and sprinkle some of that grated Parmesan you can use shredded parmesan if you like or if you don’t like cheese on your asparagus you
Don’t have to do it but I find that it’s is so delicious by this time our potatoes were nice and soft so I’m going to go ahead and cut it open and add my toppings so I like a load of potato of course mine is the bacon but I’m just
Going to open it up just a bit and I’m going to add some plant butter I’m also using some dairyfree sour cream I’m going to put some pink salt black pepper and a little bit of or Mexican cheese and also a little bit of green onion
I’m then going to add my oyster mushroom steak and my asparagus and this is how it turned out I did add just a little bit of A1 sauce on top of my steak and it was so delicious now I must admit I do like the Lion’s man better but this
One was really really good I would say it was about an 8 out of 10 it was definitely flavorful and finally for dessert I am having some dairyfree ice cream I am going to be trying this Banana Foster for the first time and if you guys
Follow me on social media you saw where I uploaded the Sala caramel one and it was so good good this one I would say it’s about a 9 out of 10 because I was expecting a little bit more banana I don’t know maybe I was reading too much
Into the title but I hope you guys enjoyed this video do not forget to like comment subscribe let me know down below if you’re going to try any of the three course meal thank you so much for watching I’ll see you on the next video
