I was breaking down a pork loin and decided to make my daughter her favorite dish as a little after school snack. Pork is marinated in light and dark soy sauce, cornstarch, baking soda, shaoxing wine, msg. Quickly passed through oil, then garlic and Serrano peppers are fried, pork is finished in the hot peppers. A little extra soy sauce to finish. Super easy, fast, spicy and delicious!

I like how you cut the jalapeños into full rings. I’ve always chopped my jalapeños into small chunks. The full rings seem like a more fun way to eat them.

Looks good dude! Liaojiu aka Shaoxing wine is something that goes through my head every time I see it haha.

If you haven’t already, look up ‘Chinese cooking demystified’ on youtube, they have insanely good recipes that’d be right up your alley.
