I collect the ‘juice’ from pickled onion jars, dill pickles etc. I use it to dilute leftover mayo or what ever to empty the bottle properly. I have a more spicy onion bottle and a smoother dill olive based solution.
The dill solution, mixed with ‘hamburger sauce’ replicates a commercial burger flavour. Pour it on anything, it’s now a burger. Great on fries.
Does anyone else have special recipes of this nature?
(FYI the bottles are Bickfords).
