Great purchase! I bought one of those skewer pans a few months ago and made this same thing lol looks delicious!

I did not know that pan existed! I went for some weird contraption using aluminium tins and skewers through onion halves to hold the meat upright. Which seems silly in hindsight now I’ve seen this beauty.
Oh, and the food looks great too.

I can’t believe a pan like this makes it evenly cooked. Yet I have proof picture in front of my eyes. Good job !
Does it work with open fire or has to be surrounded by coal or something?
