Todays meals did not go exactly as planned because I had some treats at the office, but hey I basically still stuck within my 1500 calories instead of not logging it and just going overboard. my boyfriend also cooks only with ground chuck so that put my fat way up too but it is what it is

    Ah I forgot to take a screenshot of the snacks section but I also ate a homemade date ball as a snack. It still fit into my 1500.

    When I have unplanned stuff…I log it. If my weight changes or I see a spike in something, I can pinpoint it. I also keep a log of days (in the iOS Notes app) when I am 100% on target so I can replicate those days when things could get out of control and I need to take control.
