What I ate today now that I am attempting to maintain B)

(If 1,500 sounds low for maintaining I’m not awfully tall and this past week I haven’t really been at the gym- So, current TDEE is around the sedentary level- now that I’m no longer in a deficit I have so much energy tho so I’ll prob start going to the gym again and up my calories as makes sense.)

(1,504 cals, 41g Fat – 177g Carbs – 127g Protein)

Any tips for maintaining btw? So far I’ve just been upping my portion sizes of the foods I’d normally eat and have still been tracking and all that although I’m not quite sure what my maintenance cals are yet so I’m going with 1,500 rn to be safe.
