Want we could be everything everything anything that we good morning happy Monday I did not meal prep on Sunday which already can tell you like what the Vibes are of this meal prep we are doing a busy girl meal prep Trader Joe’s Edition so I figured it’s so important

To still make sure that you’re trying your best to stay on top of your goals and eat healthy even when you’re really really busy so I wanted to show you how I use kind of pre-made is things from Trader Joe’s in order to accomplish that and still have like a really delicious

And healthy meal prrab for the week so I’m going to start off with just the things that I got three simple things so we have the roasted seasoned brussels sprouts so to cook these it says you can do them in the oven 4 100° place them on a baking dish for 18

To 20 minutes super simple next up we’ve got country potatoes it also has haac cots BTS and log mushrooms so this is also something you can cook in the oven I think actually no these are supposed to be cooked stove top we’re probably going to put in oven

And then lastly we’ve got the grilled chicken fajitas so this is seasoned chicken breast meat with roasted bell peppers and onions and it says fully cooked so to heat this it’s also stove top like the way that I’m not about to use the stove today we’re about to put this

All in the oven so I’m going to free the oven to 400 all right so let’s see what takes the longest to cook but these are definitely 18 to 20 minutes but honestly let’s just put it all in the pan and see what happens you think if

Going to have for the week every single day and then here is where we list groceries and then I list any plans that we have here so we’re kind of like on a calendar without having to have a separate situation just for that all right day one is done and then

I think I actually have extra Roto too yes I got two packs of risotto so I think I can still use this and do risoto and sausage and zucchini do I have so SoDo with sausage and zucchini Perfect all right so now we’ve got to get on to the

List um so I wanted to do shrimp scampy and I also wanted to do tacos this week so I think I’m going to do tacos on Wednesday and then shrimp scampy on Thursday okay so that pretty much does it now I check to see if we have any

Plans on the weekend so I can determine if I’m going to be cooking or not so nothing Friday we do have pled Saturday so I don’t need to cook Saturday but I will on Sunday Sunday is probably football so I think I’ll do Burgers and Fries and then we will eat out on

Saturday that’s it we’re done so super simple like basically just trying to use what I have doing somewhat of a clear the fridge type of week my grocery order all I’ll need I think I’m going to get some more ground beef don’t need any anything for this I

Need to order yeah well I don’t know if I want to do turkey tacos or ground beef so since I’m doing ground beef here I may do turkey here I don’t think we have char beans I know we’re running low on Rice I need the shrimp for the shrimp scampy I also

Need the salad and the garlic bread yeah need garlic bread I may just get some sour dough and make my own garlic bread and then got got to get this stuff for the curry chicken so trying to keep groceries under $50 this week we’ll see if that actually happens but this is smelling

Really good it’s looking good too so I will check back in with y’all when this comes out of the oven and we will finish basically just putting them in the MEK prep containers and it’ll be that easy going all to different places different planets watch your aura pass me by losing
