


Hi everyone! What would you estimate for this meal? It is a hibachi salmon bowl served with brown rice, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, & salmon.
The first picture is the photo on the menu, second is what mine looked like tonight after mixing, & third is trying to show the depth of the bowl.
I feel very lost when it comes to estimating this meal. Appreciate the help.

Have you checked their website? Looks purchased and a lot of places post their nutritional information online or even make them available upon request in the store.

huge fan of this choice of meal. teriyaki anything always slaps.
im gonna make sure my estimate here reflects what is posted on the menu, as im thinkin there is some salmon hiding under the rice and such…so i am assuming that your own bowl is pretty much consistent in terms of portions as their entrΓ©e picture.
