An absolutely fantastic meal. All the flavors come together so well and taste absolutely wonderful. I did add a bit too much water to my rice in this one, but it still turned out divine. Highly recommend!

Middle Left: Indian-Style Chicken Curry with Buttered Garlic Rice

This is easily my favorite HelloFresh meal yet. If you are a fan of curry, you HAVE to get this one the next time you see it. The flavors are rich, deep, and just wonderful. I recommend adding butter to the rice, however. I also paired this with vegetable spring rolls which were delicious, and Thai Basil Chicken spring rolls which were honestly not good at all imo.

Middle: Szechuan Pork Noodle Stir-Fry

I honestly found this to be quite tasty, especially as someone that loves peanuts and peanut butter, but it has a very unique flavor that sticks with you for a while. Meaning that a little goes a long way. I would order it again, but not for a while. Definitely his, though!

Middle Right: Lone Star Green Pepper Mac and Cheese

Again, I liked this quite a bit. I found that the leftovers tasted better than when I first made it. A bit of a “chili” thing going on, where the longer it sits the more flavor it has. Fairly tangy and deep flavor, very umami with all the cheeses working in unison.

Bottom: Sticky-Spicy Chicken & Sesame Rice Bowls

This one nearly got a 10 from me, but it’s because I have a huge bias for rice dishes. It tastes absolutely amazing, and I will happily get this every single time I see it. The only reason I rated it lower than the curry is because it had less flavor depth. The flavors are lightly sweet and salty, a strong umami from the mushrooms, and of course a gentle spice from the coating on the chicken. Highly recommend.
