I wish this looked prettier, but I made jeon for a rainy day! Kimchi jeon using homemade buchu kimchi, corn cheese, and a locally-made makgeolli!

    It won’t let me leave a caption under the photo,  but this was my first time making kimchi and first time making or eating corn cheese. Even though it wasn’t my first time making jeon, it was my most successful attempt so far! It’s not perfect by any means, but a step closer towards that perfect restaurant style I’ve been trying (mostly unsuccessfully) to achieve!
