LENTIL PIZZA | Gluten FREE | No Dairy | No Eggs | 1 ingredient pizza dough
INGREDIENTS โคต๏ธ
100 g (1/2 cup) dry lentils
Soak 1,5 – 2 hours
Drain and rinse
40 ml water
Pinch of salt
Bake 14-16 mins at 350 F
Topping:
Italian Tomato Sauce (tomatoes, diced garlic, olive oil, diced onion, cilantro, basil)
1 tsp dry dill
Mozzarella cheese
Fresh Spinach or Basil ๐ŸŒฟ
ENJOY
