Meal Prepped the Breakfast Burritos last Sunday to use up some stuff from the fridge and do not regretโ€ฆ defrosted overnight and then 12 minutes in the air fryer this morning.

Apple and some Marzipan flavoured PBFit (used the myprotein Flav Drops) for some fruit ๐Ÿซก

A big turning point for my relationship with food whilst still being able to count calories has been focusing on the actual nutritional value of my food. Fruits, veggies, etc. I know this isnโ€™t a perfect nutritional meal – but itโ€™s balanced beyond just eating two Grenade Bars for breakfast every day and wondering why Iโ€™m so hungry by 11am!
