A big turning point for my relationship with food whilst still being able to count calories has been focusing on the actual nutritional value of my food. Fruits, veggies, etc. I know this isnโt a perfect nutritional meal – but itโs balanced beyond just eating two Grenade Bars for breakfast every day and wondering why Iโm so hungry by 11am!
