They put the salad and mash in bowls on top of another chopping board– AND it’s not a chopping board at all, look at the handle. Most chopping boards don’t need a handle so you can grab it and carry things on the flat side, possibly to mix or stir?
A giant wooden spatula, you’ve got. If it were a traditional style meat cutting board then it could at least have that divot for the meat juices on the edges, ya know? Functional. Ill advised but we’re making more sense.
