Fruit: 10 white grapes (40), 5 strawberries (20), 1 cutie clementine (35), total: 95
1/2 bagel thin (40), 1 wedge laughing cow light (25), and coffee, kcup donut shop (not pictured, 5), total: 70
Scrambled Eggs: 1 turkey sausage link (40), 1 egg (75), 46g egg whites (25), 1 largish broccoli floret, crumbled (10), 1 campari tomato, diced (15), 1/2 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (10), 1/4 tsp salt (0), 7g fiesta blend reduced fat cheese (25), 1Tbsp I can’t believe it’s not butter light, halved (35), total: 235
Breakfast total: 400
Pro tip, mix the eggs and egg whites with salt before doing anything else. Let them sit while you prep everything that goes in the eggs.
Start 1/2 of the butter heating in the pan while you mix the other half of the butter and the other egg ingredients into your egg mixture.
Stir the eggs immediately after pouring in the pan then leave them alone while you prep your fruit. Give them a stir, pop your bagel in the toaster and put the fruit on the plate. Eggs should be ready and about the time you dish them out, your bagel should pop up.
Took me about 10 minutes total to prep and cook, and I realized I was full, so I didn’t finish the fruit I counted, so now I have a freebie snack for later. (Ymmv)
Notes: tasted great, kinda high cal for my usual at breakfast, but worth it. And the smell had me dying, it smelled so amazing while it cooked! But the smell lingers, so now I keep thinking I’m hungry while I’m not.
