1/2 tomato : 11 cals
1/4 cucumber : 10 cals
1/4 Onion : 15 cals
Total : 416 cals
Seasonings : salt , pepper and cilantro (0 cals)
You can also add lettuce or cabbage . If you have the calories add hot Cheetos it’s amazing .
