Yo so this chicken bacon ranch pasta gonna be better than anything you get from the restaurants Ruby Tuesdays Applebee’s Fridays let me show y’all how to get done with this one All right so let’s get straight to it the ingredients this is pretty simple we got some chicken breasts we got the bacon ranch seasoning plenty of Parmesan cheese heavy cream parsley all of the good stuff that you use in a regular alfredo sauce but we enhancing the
Flavor with the ranch all right so the first thing that we’re gonna do is go ahead and slice our chicken breasts in half I want the chicken breast to cook evenly so I’m slicing these in half so that every portion is the same size another option you could do is just to
Take the chicken put it in Saran Wrap or a Ziploc bag and pound it flat but if we do that we still only gonna have two pieces of chicken right you got to work smarter not harder and when you got kids we got to make that food stretch you
Know what I mean okay so next for the prep I got about half a pack of some center cut bacon I froze it for about an hour just so that it’s a lot easier for me to cut I prefer the center cut bacon over the original bacon for some reason
I feel like there’s more meat than fat here but as I say do what works best for you this is what I like it may be a little bit more expensive use what you can afford anyways I’m just making sure to dice up all of this bacon that way
It’ll cook faster and we’ll be able to render all of this fat for the chicken to cook in you guys already know this is the prep portion this is I use contestant see if your knife is sharp or not if it could slice through a tomato
It’s easy but we’re going to slice this tomato up I slice it into this we’re going to lay each dish down flat and then we’re going to dice that up I know some people take the pit out but you don’t have to that’s all good but you
Just want to dice it make it look like that all right so the next and probably final step in this food prep process is going to be the food glitter or the parsley as we call it I’m going to use the parsa you can use fresh parsley or
The dried one I like to use the fresh whenever I’m making an alfredo sauce to me it just tastes better however I do notice that there’s a lot of people that don’t like the Woody Taste of parsley I don’t mind it at all but this food good
Is going to go in the actual alfredo sauce and then we’re going to finish a little bit over the top so we need a lot okay so next step is to season the chicken I like to hit my chicken with some of the avocado oil I’m hinting it
With about a teaspoon avocado oil and making sure to spread it all over the chicken this is going to help the seasoning to adhere to the chicken better next up we’re going to season this chicken breast with a bunch of ranch seasoning I know a lot of people
Feel like they don’t like the taste of ranch but this is not an overwhelming taste it actually tastes really good so you should definitely get this one a try next we’re going to hit this with a little bit of Cajun seasoning some smoked paprika and I didn’t show this in
The camera but I’m actually hitting this with a little bit of Italian seasoning as well the herbs in the Italian seasoning kind of balance out the herbs from the ranch seasoning I’m gonna get this all rubbed into the chicken it’s going to look like this all right so
Next I got a cold Skillet I’m using the cold Skillet to add the bacon to because the cold Skillet is going to allow for the bacon to come up to temperature not get too tied too fast and it’s going to allow all the fat to run out of the
Bacon a lot of bacon to cook over medium to medium high heat and once it’s brown like this you can remove it and set aside on a paper towel lime plate or something and that same Skillet go ahead and turn your heat up to medium high
Heat add a little bit of avocado oil oil and place your chicken breasts in there you want to see your chicken breast for three or four minutes on each side until it looked like this then go ahead and remove them from the skillet if they’re not done cooking just go ahead and
Finish them in the oven at 375 degrees the chicken breasts are fully cooked when they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit and that same Skillet you want to go ahead and add a couple tablespoons of butter a couple tablespoons of minced garlic and go
Ahead and saute that until the garlic is fragrant this really should only take about 60 seconds before you start to smell the garlic next step is to add about a cup of chicken broth the proper term here would be deglazing the skillet but this is a non-stick skillet so the
Deglazing process isn’t the same but you can see that once you put the chicken broth in and as it reduces it’s picking up all of those brown bits from the bottom of the skillet next we want to go ahead and add about a cup and a half to
Two cups of heavy cream keep in mind we’re making an alfredo sauce but this is not just any alfredo sauce it’s going to have a lot a lot of flavor we already got the bacon that got cooked down we got the chicken that got cooked down so
We got the flavor of the bacon the fat from the chicken the chicken broth and then we’re adding heavy cream this is going to be a flavor packed alfredo sauce allow this to come up to a boil stirring frequently and you want to reduce the heat to low and just allow it
To simmer while the sauce thickens as the sauce thickens it’s going to begin to reduce as well I got some ranch seasoning shout out to Kimmy for the loud pack right here nah this is not infused but Kimmy made some ranch seasoning that she put in a Ziploc
Baggie for me to try so I bought it home remember the heat’s on low you can turn the heat off at this point go ahead and add some fresh shredded mozzarella cheese and then fresh three shred some Parmesan cheese in there as well shout out to my guy fly Chef Alden B because
I’m about to add as much cheese as it allows I usually like to add the cheese first before I add any seasoning into it but because the parmesan has a high salt content so I’ll add the parmesan I’ll give it a taste and then that’s when I
Actually add the seasoning to it as you can see the sauce is starting to thicken a little bit now that I added the cheese now it’s time for us to cook out pasta into a large pot we got some water boiling we’re going to Salt it heavily
Do not worry about over salting this water at the end of the day we’re going to pour a lot of this off anyway we’re going to strain it so we’re going to add about 16 ounces of penne pasta and I was back to the sauce added some fresh
Parsley to it I tasted it it’s good to go now we ready to work I saved a little bit of that pasta water about a half of a cup of it then I strained off that penne pasta didn’t rinse it or anything don’t rinse it just let it be
The chicken was fully cooked I’m gonna slice it on a bias that means at an angle just so that you can see more chicken when we go ahead to present this and plate it up now if you want you can chop the chicken up and just place it in
The pasta you don’t need anything to go on top but for presentation purposes this is actually the lovely that I like to do it it lets me know that my chicken’s fully cooked to let you guys know that the chicken’s fully cooked and it just looks better in my opinion and
Once we get this chicken all sliced up we’re going to go ahead and set it aside because this is going to be placed on top after the pasta is complete okay so now your pasta has been cooked to Al Dente or just short of it we’re gonna go
Ahead and add it to our Ranch alfredo sauce I’m telling you guys the flavor in here is amazing it smells delicious in this kitchen right now I could eat this pot like this just by itself in all honesty and I’m doing everything in my
Power not to but make sure you give it a good mix make sure that the pasta is fully coated in that alfredo sauce if you wanted to keep a little bit of the extra sauce you can do that before adding the pasta I’m adding a little bit
Of pasta water here because you see it’s a a little bit thick this pasta water is going to help to emulsify things but to also loosen this sauce up a little bit pasta water is definitely one of those hidden secrets that I didn’t know about
Growing up but I’m glad I know about it now all right so now that we got the pasta all complete we can get it into that famous bowl or plate that you see at the Applebee’s the Ruby Tuesdays the Fridays I don’t know how I got my hand
On one of these but once I saw it in the store I knew it was something that I had to have and you don’t need to Plate this up you can keep it in the pot but I’m just doing a play just for you guys a little bit of extra sauce around the
Pasta top it off with that chicken make sure that the chicken breast is showing so you can see that nice juicy chicken go ahead and top it off with that crispy bacon that we had do not use bacon you’ll be cheating yourself hit it with some of those diced tomatoes some green
Onions some of that fresh parsley if you want and here we’re gonna just hit it with a little bit of that extra cream sauce on top just for the you know presentation effect the YouTube go ahead and give it a little bit of slow-mo with that drip but this is what the final
Product looks like right here chicken bacon ranch pasta I’m telling you guys this is better than anything you’ll get in the restaurants even better when you make it at home let me get just a little bite of this so that I don’t look too suss make sure you guys blow this video

This looks amazing, and you clearly put so much care into what you are doing. Always love watching you!
Love your videos!
Made this for dinner tonight. Everything is coming perfectly together. Me, personally I stayed a little away from the spice because I have family that's a little sensitive to heat but I did substitute for parmesan and Italian seasoning. I'm very curious on Kimmie's ranch seasoning recipe.
So glad he mention his wife. I was getting ready to hook him up❤😂
It looks absolutely delicious!! Beautifully plated!! 💯💯
I'm impressed with your effort, and to make it even better, I'd like to invite you to send KHAL one of your own cooking tutorial videos.+-/-/-*/-*/
The only thing I would do different is add the tomatoes in the sauce to cook down a bit…my 9 year old will only eat cooked tomatoes 🙃
😮❤❤❤ Yup
