Added a flat top griddle to the go with my webber kettle over the weekend. Made smash burgers and sautéed onions yesterday. If anyone has suggestions on how to cut down on paper towel usage I’ll take it.

I wish be had those in Europe. I have a plancha, very good but works a bit different then those flat tops.

What do you mean by paper towel usage? Do you mean to clean the top?
If so, you need to buy a good scraper. No need for paper towels. Scrape, water, scrape, turn off heat. Job done.
