dried basil 4 tablespoon
Oregano 2 tablespoon
dry rosemary 2 tablespoon
Marjoram 2 tablespoon
Dry thyme 2 tablespoon
red pepper 1 teaspoon

How to prepare marina sauce
3 tomatoes
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic 3 cloves
Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
Thyme 1 tablespoon
Red pepper ยฝ tsp
Salt 1 tablespoon
Oregano or basil 1 tablespoon
To prepare the Italian marinara sauce, first peel and wash the onions and garlic and chop them finely on a cutting board and set them aside. We also wash the tomatoes and remove the skin from them.
Then we pour it into the chopper and take it pureed. Pour the olive oil into a pan and put it on a gentle heat until it gets a little hot, then add the onions and fry them a little until they soften.
Then we add the garlic and fry until they become light. Then we put the combination of garlic and onion on the walls of the pan and pour the tomato paste in the middle of the pan and fry for 1 minute until the raw smell is removed. At this stage, we add tomato puree and fry all the ingredients together, and then add thyme, red pepper, salt and oregano or basil to the ingredients and combine the ingredients until they are uniform.
Now we mix the ingredients well so that all parts of the sauce are flavored and then we allow the tomato juice to evaporate with a very gentle heat for about 20 to 30 minutes and the sauce thickens completely.
After the sauce reaches the right consistency, we have to mix it. For this purpose, after the consistency of the sauce, we pour it into the mixer and deliver it mixed and use it for all kinds of Italian spaghetti, pasta and pizza.
