Cajun Styled Blackened Tilapia! The fish portions seem much bigger, this is my first hello fresh meal that I felt fully satisfied with flavors and portions!

We made this tonight as well! The tilapia + blackening spices smoked up the whole kitchen (as we don’t have a vent hood, ugh) but everything tasted delicious. I liked the addition of the hot sauce/sour cream sauce for a flavor boost.
