Little bit on it because I do not have olives so I’ve opened a can of mixed vegetables and that’s going to be my substitution so let’s see how this turns out already opened my vegetables I’m going to drain them off it calls for a can of tomato
Soup going to put it in this container right here spray it here now it says um 375 and it’s been a while since I’ve cooked with my bulgar do you know buar is really a good good for you to a cup of this if you use a whole cup of this it’s 479
Calories but I mean this is going to make the whole recipe it calls for a cup two gram of fat so it’s really low in fat high in car carbs 106 26 fibers that’s quite a bit of fiber and 17 protein divide that up into a serving
And you’ll see what you get I’m going to mix this up in um just in the casserole dish and I think I’ll rinse that Bulger off and just pour it in in my house for can of soup so here goes this and then it calls

Interesting recipes…I have recipes that are kind of scribbled on a piece of paper that I've used down through the years…I remember one I wrote down on the corner of a napkin…I'm wondering, black olives or green, whole or sliced and how many..I know I can do whatever I want but I'm wondering how you did yours when you used the olives.

Thanks so much for your comment I appreciate it Barb said she liked it better after we had our whole meal I said it was high in carbs but when you divided up into servings sizes and Factor in the fiber it's not that much❤ you could substitute other grains for this recipe if you chose❤ hope you're doing well and God bless you❤❤
