Saying that, still make sure to be compassionate with yourself though!! Happens to literally all of us and tbh if the snacks were yummy who cares about one day/week in the scheme of things. You’ve not been “bad”, you’ve just eaten over your intended limit, which is a neutral action 🙂

Don’t feel bad. We went to the hockey game for my birthday and I was 800 calories over just on beer and popcorn 😂 it’s so easy to do. Just have to start over the next day and do better.

It’s okay I ate like a quarter of a box of dry cereal yesterday without realizing and half a box of crackers. I’m sick and don’t wanna eat anything but carbs. Been ten days now. Man it’s gonna be fun recovering from this.

Don’t beat yourself up. Humans eat a lot sometimes – it’s normal.
But also, snack foods are always my downfall. I do great when I don’t snack at all. But addiction runs in my family and I can’t ever have a little bit of ultraprocessed food. It’s always to excess for the good brain chemicals.
If I’m truly hungry between meals, which is rare, having a snack of fruit, veg, nuts, and/or popcorn never sparks a binge.
