Tortilla

Nutmeg
Chicken Shawarma seasoning
Seven Spices

Welcome back to another Tik Tok video I really appreciate all of the views and interactions here I’m going to be showing you how I’m making my Sharma sandwiches um I’m starting off with the CH chicken charma seasoning with chicken that I get from Costco um here I’m using cumin
Powder um just making sure that it’s very well seasoned next I’m going to be grabbing the black pepper I didn’t put it too too much just because it get it can get very uh spicy next I put nutmeg and afterwards I am going in with the seven
Spices which is a very very common spice we use in Lebanese dishes brings so much flavor just tastes so good smells so good and I just mix it th thoroughly all the way through making sure it’s all evenly spread throughout next you’re going to see me prepping the onions I just prepped some
I chopped some prepped onions and afterwards I went in and I put some garlic on top of that now I am just making sure to fry the onions and garlic Al together to create a sauté once the sauté is all um mixed well and here you can see that it’s been fried
Thoroughly um and it’s just ready to be placed on the side um and later on we’re going to end up mixing that with the chicken once we cook that as well so here I’m just preparing the pan putting some oil olive oil and the chicken that I prepped
Earlier and I’m going ahead and I’m going to uh cook this on medium heat so you can see here I’m just mixing it up getting it all cropped and then I’m going to go in with uh mixing in the sauté that I had prepped and put to the
Side so in the sauté I used one onion I chopped that up in dices and then I used two garlic cloves and um mixed those in as well and fry them together so here’s is going to create such a delicious uh taste for when we end up putting it in
The sharmma sandwich lots of flavor lots of seasoning very juicy definitely go and give this a a try and let me know how you like it now I’m going to show you guys how I prepare the sandwich I’m going in and I’m using the this homeless that you can get from
Costco it’s so delicious you can use it for you know with cucumbers with any vegetables for appetizers um but I put some mayonnaise um again I put the chicken this uh onion garlic everything together to create this very delicious
