Security guard wanted me to make a couple meat heavy pizza oven toasted sandwiches on my break at work.

2x Jamon Serrano, varzi salami, and calabrese sandwich with butterkase cheese on a brioche bun with pepper, hot Giardiniera (fresh and toasted in the oven) and garnished with mustard and pickled onions

And a pastrami and cracked pepper turkey sandwich with butterkase heated in the pizza oven with sir Kensington mayo, pepper, pickled onions, and garlicky kale
