I recommend mixing it into the cream cheese and letting it sit overnight. Adding dried, minced onion and other dehydrated veggies is also a good move

I put fruit flavoured hot sauces on my bagels with cream cheese. It’s like having some spicy jam on top. I’m canadian so Maritime madness Candied series and heart beat blueberry and pineapple habanero are my goto’s.

I’m not sure where you’re located, but if you can get your hands on ajver/ajvar, it would be a real game changer! My grandma makes her own because she likes hers spicy, and it’s a great compliment to bagels and toasts
