Breakfast: collagen matcha w/ oat milk 🍵 , scrambled eggs with cheese in bread thins. Lunch: huge salad! 🥗 Couldn’t finish it all at lunch so I ate it throughout the afternoon. Snack: protein pudding with a tangerine 🍊 Dinner: homemade chicken/turkey mapo tofu, rice with brócoli “rice” and 2 eggs 🍳
