That’s what I’ve been looking at seriously but I don’t know if it’s overkill for me.
No milk drinks.
No back-to-back shots unless it’s with my .45
I just want good control and the ability to make the best espresso I can.
Oh and I channeled James Hoffman, the experience is important to me as are the aesthetics.
The best espresso in the world came out of a brick and it cost a dollar I wouldn’t buy it .

I’ve been eyeballing this machine for a while now. Haven’t been able to justify it to myself just yet since I make myself 2 flat whites a day and I’m not in a rush for dual boiler (I have a Silvia with PID). Looks soooo good tho
