Today we are going to make ‘ Masala Pasta | ‘Macaroni Pasta at Home.
This is easy simple and unique recipe, spring onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, veggies and spice powders like turmeric, cumin, coriander, black pepper, red chili powder and garam masala powder. सामग्री | Ingredients:
पास्ता 1.5 कप | Pasta/ Macaroni 1.5 cup
ब्रोकोली | Handful broccoli
गाजर | Handful carrot
अदरक | Ginger 1 tsp
लहसुन | Garlic 1 tsp
तेल | Oil 2 Tsp
शिमला मिर्च | Handful capsicum
टमाटर ३ | Chopped tomatoes 3
कटा प्याज १।2 | Chopped onion 1/2
चिली फ्लेक्स १।२ चम्मच | Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
आरिगैनो १।२ चम्मच | Oregano 1/2 tsp
स्वादनुसार नमक | Salt as per taste
हल्दी पाउडर १।२ चम्मच | Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
गरम मसाला पाउडर १।२ चम्मच | Garam masala 1/2 tsp
लाल मिर्च पाउडर १/2 चम्मच | Red chili powder 1 tsp
कटा हरा धनिया ३ चम्मच | Chopped fresh coriander leaves
नमक स्वादनुसार | Salt to taste
काली मिर्च | Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp
