* chop sundried tomatoes, add to pan with spinach, cook until wilted then let rest of paper towel to drain some moisture
* pour egg whites into very small pan, cook until set then fold over twice to make a skinny log shape
* add spinach mixture to wrap, top with feta then egg whites, roll up, and toast (folded over side first to seal it closed)
If you’re using something similar to these wraps you will really want to toast all the sides as it can get really soggy from the spinach moisture. Also, the red pepper hummus flavour of these flatbreads is way too intense for me, would suggest a different flavour! (I ordered plain & my grocery order was substituted haha.)

Do you fold everything inside the wrap and then toast it by flipping it over on all sides?
