Yeaaaah, I keep a couple heads of garlic on hand to augment/replace, and always triple or quadruple the suggested amount. Their garlic is invariably pathetic.

My game changer is blend multiple heads in a food processor then put in a ziplock bag section into pieces using a ruler then freeze. That way I have instant minced garlic to add plus more than what HelloFresh sends as we love garlic 😂
