2010 Château Pichon-Longueville Baron Decanted for 30 mins Nose of cassis and mint, with hints of graphite and oak Full-bodied, with a core of cassis and tobacco, that slowly evolved to notes of leather and dark chocolate Soft, perfect tannins Very long and silky finish, that just grips your entire palate The wine started to shut down near the 1.5 hour mark, before peeking its head out near the 2.5 hour mark again Definitely drinking very, very well now, but I would say not at its peak. Keep for another 4-6 years

I agree. I had a 2006 a few months ago and I thought it could age another 3-5 years easily.
