Yow-za! This meal was scrumptious! We switched things up and got Green Chef meals for this past week, and this is one. The sauces (this sauce is lemon-basil caper, mayo-based) with GC are already prepared/packaged. The hash consists of: butternut squash, swiss chard, sun-dried tomatoes, and hazelnuts.

    I had this this week too! I really liked the hash on this one but I didn’t like the taste of the sauce at all (but I’m not a big mayo fan). I ended up making my own pan sauce with a bit of lemon. Every greenchef meal I’ve had has been really good—my favorite was the barramundi with zucchini and date salad!
