So I make something like a protein Ramen, and I’ll add in diced ham and a hard boiled egg and veggies. And this week instead of broccoli I substituted it with bok choy. No particular reason just because I was trying to do something new. But then I realized I have no idea how to cook it. Can I basically treat it like broccoli? What I do for the broccoli as I will cut it up into small pieces and throw it on the skillet for a couple minutes. Also for bok choy, do you eat the leaves or do you cut them off??

That doesn’t look like any book choi I’ve ever seen, could be Napa cabbage though. Yes, you can use leaves and stems just avoid the core root. It lasts for a long time in the fridge like other cabbages you’ll get alot of use out of that
