I find it difficult to plan meals day-by-day sometimes, so just having a list I can consult the night before or day of makes the process a lot easier! This gets updated based on what I have in the house.
I also have a separate list that divides meals I make often into levels of effort/difficulty, so I can decide on meals based on how much time or energy I have that day. I’ve seen people go a step further and separate meals via calories, but this is more of a rough starting point for me to decide on things (I know the general amount for most of these things anyway from eating the same things often or having it logged elsewhere).

This is a nice list, I wish I was more of a plan-ahead instead of sitting for 45 minutes hungry thinking of what I feel like eating today.
That mango smoothie sounds really good. What amounts do you use for it? I got everything at home besides the coco loco but will have to get it next time I’m at the store.
