Hard to tell from the picture but it looks like Oil or Vinegar on the bun, pesto, tomato, lettuce, turkey, and cheddar.

I would guess chedder cheese, spinach, turkey and olive muffalata.

These big 20 ingredient sandwiches are silly

I would assume food. More specifically sub-foods that one tends to place in a sandwich.

Turkey, ham, Gouda, baby spinach, tomatoes, red and green peppers, Italian dressing.

Not certain but looks like the outside layer could be a bread of some sort

I see halfway melted cheddar cheese, bacon, turkey, cooked red and green peppers, spinach

French bread BLT with mustard, cheddar, spinach and bell pepper. You may be confused because the two half’s of the sandwich are mirrored. Looking at the top sandwich, you have 1)bottom of baguette 2) bell peppers (also maybe olive oil/something else) 3) Tomatoes 4) Spinach 5) turkey 6) bacon (the pink part on the right) 7) cheddar 8) sauces. Looks like mustard + mufaletta /something else 9) top half of baguette.

Turkey, ham, spinach, olive salad, cheddar on French or Sourdough. Doesn’t appear to be mufffaletta bread from that angle. And I almost think that third layer below/above the thin layer of pink might even be another meat.

  10. Bread, caponata, cheese (possibly cheddar), turkey breast
    Edit: and kale

Turkey, ham, cheddar, lettuce and Guacamole

Not sure cuz it’s hard to tell but probably toasted bread with pesto sauce, pico de gallo, spinach, turkey bacon slices and some cheddar cheese

    Green chilie, spinach, turkey, cheese.

I see dijon mustard, cheddar cheese, bacon, turkey or chicken coldcuts, spinach, and some kind of bell pepper salsa or chimichurri. Looks fire
