Weekly grocery haul from Aldi for 3x people and my high protein low calorie weekly meal prep to keep me on track.
I like to make 2 recipes every week for meal prep and switch up my evening meals to keep it interesting, weight loss don’t need to be boring you can eat delicious meals and still lose weight.

Chunky veggie lentil potato soup recipe serves 4:
491 cals + 17g protein per serving
Rigatoni pasta dried weight 224g
Grated mozzarella 120g
Reduced fat soft cheese 200g
Chicken drum fillets (skinless, boneless) 400g
Chicken stock pot
Bacon medallions (or remove all fat) 90g
(add seasonings of choice- see mine during video)

Creamy chicken and bacon pasta recipe serves 4:
511 cals + 43g protein per serving
Vegetable soup mix (from Aldi) whole pack
Sun dried tomato sauce (full tub) or use chopped tomatoes
Celery 100g
Dried red lentils 160g dried weight
2x veg stock cubes with 800ml water
Green Tinned lentils (whole tin)
Potato 500g

Hey everyone welcome and welcome back to my channel so I’m going to be doing a weekly grocery haul I’m just going to grab everything out the bag show you what I’ve got this week and also go through my meal plan so first of all I went to Alia I got everything I needed

It only cost £48 this week which I know is very low I spent 96 last week but I definitely did need to buy like way more things last week um I’ve got some stuff in the freezer the cupboards are like fairly stuck so I didn’t need that much

But I’m going to go through everything anyway first I’m just going to quickly go through the meals that I planned which is like my evening dinner meals I’m also going to be doing some meal prep in this video as well ideally I like to do two recipes a week just to

Well didn’t get many tin things cuz I’ve already got stuff but I got some more baked beans and I have got a few more of these and I got some chunky chopped tomatoes with some mixed HBS so next is all like the protein meat and things

Like that so I got 12 eggs they only had large eggs which is fine so I just got large eggs this week I completely ran out so I needed those anyway I’ve got some mozzarella I usually just get cheddar but I’m using this for my meal

Prep this week I got some light soft cheese some ham which I either snack on or have it in like sandwiches or breakfast or something I actually got two of these I’ve been getting two of these a week now 0% fat uh like thick Greek yogur and because I’m loving like

Mixing protein powder with it to make it like a more high protein so so I’m getting obsessed with these and st’s having it as well so I get two of them I got the sausage casserole mix I do add other seasonings but we tried this before and it was actually really nice

And the Sausages we use are these lowfat ones from Aldi which are really nice so I’ve already got a pack of these in the freezer but I’ve got these for like breakfast sausages like sausage sandwiches so that’s why I got another one and then I always get bacon the

Smoked but bacon and to be honest if I’m eating bacon like a bacon sandwich or always like remove the fat off it I just I’m just used to always cutting the fat off so I always do that and then I got some chicken drum fets so a big pack of

These and I’ve also got another pack in the freezer which is why I only got one a pack this week I got two of these little chicken snacks for like a whole protein snack there 164 calories and what 17 g of protein so we got two of

Them and for me like a bread option for me I got these whole meal pits cuz the whole meal version of like breads always higher in protein higher in fiber so I always go for a home moal version which is fine with me okay last bag there’s

Not really much in here but I got some baking potatoes so I always get a big bag of potatoes so I’ll either do um like homemade chips homemade Roasters homemade mash and it’s always just healthier to do it yourself when you just make it fresh from potatoes so big

Bag of them chicken noodles which are definitely going to be for my daughter but I got these as well and I also got some cereal for my daughter which I W eat I’m not really a cereal person and then the rest of the things are just random toiletry things like wash and

Detergent body wash and that was everything I got I really feel like it was not a big shop but I definitely did get everything I needed like my snack drawer with all my like lower calorie treats and crisps and things like that look I’ve already got it all so I don’t

Really need to get any of that this week so I’m going to pull all of this away and then we are going to get into some meal prep so so chunky vegetable lentil soup so the ingredients I’m using is this veggie soup mix it’s got carrot sweed onion potato and parsley in there

You could just do all this separate you don’t need to buy this pack but I thought it’ just be easier to bulk it out more I’ve got two potatoes one onion three celery just to add some more veggies in there so I’m just going to use this and between four people it’s

Better to like 36 calories or something so that’s fine um spray oil in the pan Which I always use so for the lentils I’ve got dried red lentils which I will rinse out then I got this tin of green lentils so I’m just going to use both of

Them this can go straight in but this needs to be washed which are just these ones that I got from Co which everything is of course measured out I’ll put everything in the description along with like the calories protein and everything then for seasoning salt pepper cuming turmeric time bzel vegetable stock cubes

I’m going to use two with a whole liter of water maybe less if I need less but that is what I’m going for so we are going to start Now N So this is the creamy chicken and bacon pasta so I’ve got rigatoni this is four portions 56 G each this is a Droid we I’ve already measured it and popped it in here so I’m going to do 100 G of chicken per person 30 G of this mozzarella it’s just more like stringy
