Hey guys I’m Nisa Homey, today  I’m sharing a protein and fiber   rich vegetarian sandwich recipe ideal as  a meal for breakfast lunch or for dinner   in your weight loss Journey so let’s get  started with the recipe for the sandwich  

Recipe I’m using my homemade Sao bread  and I’m slicing two slices of the souro bread and I’m keeping the sardo bread slices aside  to make protein rich green Chutney into my   small Chutney grinder I’m adding in 2 to 3  tbspoon of roasted peanuts these are locally  

Saued roasted peanuts three to four shallots  for that extra iron and fate one green chili   or as per your taste a small piece of Ginger  3 tsp grated coconut 4 to 5 whole black pepper   corns 1/4 tspo turmeric powder squeeze in  half a lemon half teaspoon sea salt or as  

Needed handful of coriander leaves note that  I’m also using the stock of the leaves and I’m   going to grind this really well now the peanut  green Chutney is nicely ground now you can make   ahead this Chutney and store it in an airtight  glass container and it will stay good in the  

Refrigerator for a couple coup of days this way  it’s an ideal way to M prep this green Chutney   spread the green Chutney on both the slices  of the bread and top it with organic cucumber slices for added flavor I’m sprinkling in some  roasted jeta powder cover it with the other

Slice and lightly press it down to toast the  bread slice I’m using my castan grill pan I’m   hitting my grill pan and I’m lightly greasing it  with wood pressed gret oil you can use U desige  

Instead or any wood pressed oil of your choice  you can also use a ctin tava to toast the bread   slice I’m placing the bread Slice on the hot ctin  grill pan and I’m placing something heavy like a  

Skillet on top the weight of the skillet will help  to seal the sandwich and also will help to toast   the bread evenly once that side is done remove  the skillet on top carefully flip the sandwich over place the skillet back on top and  toast that side as well and once that  

Side is done remove the skillet  and transfer the sandwich onto a plate I like to slice the sandwich just before  serving and my super healthy cucumber sandwich   is ready to serve so guys you try this  healthy vegetarian sandwich and let me
