This is how yo cook brussel sprouts in your air fryer to make crispy roasted brussel sprouts. This is a very easy meal for anyone looking to add in more veggies for weightloss.

1 ½ lbs. Brussel Sprouts
2-3 TBSP Olive Oil
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ Cup Grated Parmesan
5 Cloves Sliced Garlic
1 tsp Garlic Powder
¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan

Instructions:
Rinse your brussel sprouts and cut off the ends and then cut them in half and place into a bowl. 

In the bowl, add in all other ingredients except for shredded parmesan and toss until brussel sprouts are well coated. 

Once your brussel sprouts are all well covered with oil and seasonings, set in an Air Fryer and cook on 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Half way through, toss them around and place back to finish cooking. Cook time will depend on your Air Fryer and how crispy you want them. 

If you do not have an Air Fryer, you can also cook them in the oven but will probably require extra cooking time. 

Place cooked brussel sprouts into a serving bowl and top with shredded parmesan

In today’s video we’re gonna be making some garlic  parmesan brussels sprouts we’re gonna be making   them in the airfryer today but you can also put  them in the oven if you like and we’re gonna make   these they’re gonna be full of flavor they’re  gonna be crispy they’re gonna be really good so  

If you don’t like regular brussels sprouts then  you should probably give these a try if you’re   trying to get more vegetables into your diet but  let’s go ahead and get into the video but before   we do if you are new here and you are looking  for keto friendly budget friendly recipes please  

Make sure you hit that subscribe button hit that  notification bell so that you can be updated every   time we drop a video let’s get started alright  guys so we’re going to start off by prepping   our brussels sprouts i went ahead and rinsed  them and now we are going to cut them in half  

The first thing i’m going to do is cut off all the  ends and then i’m going to cut each one in half   so we’re going to cut them just like this because  we want the flavor to get on the insides if you  

Leave them whole that’s fine but i just feel like  it’s they’re more flavorful when you cut them in   half so definitely don’t skip out on cutting them  in half even though it’s a little bit more work  

So let’s go ahead so i’m just going to go ahead  and continue to cut these up until we’re all done okay so now i have all my brussels sprouts cut  up now we are just going to add them to this bowl  

And the reason why we’re adding them to this bowl  because it makes it just a lot easier to make sure   the brussels sprouts get really well covered in  all the seasonings and the oil and stuff that  

We’re going to be adding to this okay so i’m going  to try i’m gonna start with just adding in all the   dry ingredients first this is half a cup of grated  parmesan you can do a quarter cup to half a cup  

But i like it with half a cup and then here i  have some salt pepper and some garlic powder   i love garlic so here i’m adding in five cloves  of garlic and i’m not crushing them for this   i’m cutting them into slices here i’m adding  in about two to three tablespoons of olive  

Oil you know if you are tossing this and you  find that you know all the brussels sprouts   are not covered well enough in oil then just  add another tablespoon or add a little bit   however much more you think you definitely want  to make sure that they’re all covered in the not  

Only the seasonings but covered in the oil um  just so that they do cook a little bit better okay so now i am i have my air fryer  tray and just for preference uh cleanup   reasons i put it some aluminum foil  you don’t have to put aluminum foil  

But i like to put aluminum foil just to kind  of keep all the seasonings and stuff up there   within the brussels sprouts so it’s up to you  if you don’t like to use aluminum foil then  

Don’t use it um so if you don’t have an air fryer  like i said you can also do this in the oven   you will need to cook them probably a little bit  longer in the oven not too much longer maybe like  

10 minutes more or something like that it just  depends on your oven so just keep your eye on it   alright and i found that um i needed a little  bit more olive oil so i’ll say i used about three  

Tablespoons for this recipe and we’re going  to put them in the airfryer at 400 degrees   and they are going to cook for about 12 to 15  minutes i’m going to start them at 10 just in case  

All right guys so these are the brussels sprouts  and look how yummy these look look how crispy   they look um the longer you keep them in the more  crispy they’re gonna be so uh my son really loves  

Them crispy so like i said 12 to 15 minutes  i think it i ended up putting mine in for two   additional minutes i started off at 10 and i did  mine at uh i believe it was 12 or 13 minutes it’s  

Just going to depend on your air fryer so you  know check them at about 10 to 12 minutes but   if you want them really crispy uh you can leave  them in for like 14 or 15 minutes okay so the last  

Thing we’re gonna do now that we have everything  in our bowl is we’re just going to throw some   shredded parmesan over it i used about a quarter  of a cup pretty much it guys that is your roasted   garlic parmesan brussels sprouts made in the  airfryer or the oven whatever your preference is  

Look how good these look you guys these look so  good so yummy they are so full of flavor so please   give them a try and like i said if you absolutely  don’t like brussels sprouts just give them a try  

Once it might change your mind about them these  are really really good you definitely want them   to get crispy like this though because  that is everything all right guys these   garlic parmesan brussels sprouts are done and they  look so good okay so i’m just going to try one  

And just show you what they look like here  so you can see they are nice and charred if   you don’t want them that crispy just put them on a  couple minutes less but they are so good like that you guys they are so full of flavor  if you don’t like brussels sprouts
